Press Release – For Immediate Release . . .

Tops Gymnastics, Inc. and Tops Gymnastics Parent Booster Club will host the TOPS Challenge Girls Gymnastics Competition at Miamisburg High School on Saturday & Sunday, October 21 and 22, 2006. Nearly 300 gymnasts representing gymnastics clubs from Ohio and neighboring states will be competing in this prestigious event. TOPS Challenge is sanctioned by USA Gymnastics (www.usa-gymnastics.org) and all gymnasts will be competing by age groups at USAG levels 4, 5 and 6.

Tops Gymnastics, founded in Centerville, Ohio in 1981, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the construction of a beautiful sports complex on Paragon Road in Centerville. Tops will be moving from its current 15,000 square foot facility on Congress Park Drive to the new 5 acre, 40,000 square foot facility in January, 2007. This state of the art facility will offer premier programs in gymnastics, swimming, dance, cheerleading, music, performance arts and more.

Tops Gymnastics evolution from one of the premier gymnastics clubs in Ohio to a regional sports center will also be accompanied by a name change to, ‘Kids Are Tops Sports Center.’ Kids Are Tops Sports Center will feature a 12,000 square foot competitive gymnastics gym, a 4,000 square foot cheerleading gym, two 850 square foot dance studios, a 2500 square foot instructional preschool gym and a warm water therapeutic pool complex. All of the above instructional areas will be equipped with the highest quality training equipment and also feature large parent viewing areas.

Tops current staff of over 25 features nearly 200 years of teaching experience and are safety certified and licensed by the national governing body, USA Gymnastics and the United States Swim School Association. With the addition of the new swimming and music programs and the expansion of the dance, cheerleading and other programs, Kids Are Tops expects to double its staff over the next year.

Lots of good seats are available at Miamisburg High School so plan to attend The TOPS Challenge on October 21 & 22 and watch some of the finest young gymnasts in the region compete.
