When are tryouts?

Tryouts are held on the first weekend in May for teams that will be competing the following school year.

Do the teams go to camp?
 

A:
 

Yes! We will be holding a private camp for summer '07. Camps are usually held in July. Try to plan vacations in June.

Are practices mandatory?

Yes! Practices from September thru March are mandatory. Cheerleaders are allowed to miss one practice per month. During the summer months, we are more flexible, but we highly recommend you to schedule vacations during June.

How many competition do we go to?

We will attend approximately 11 competitions per season, which includes all National competitions.

How far will I have to travel?

We travel to Dayton/Cincy/Columbus/Indy for competitions.

Will I have to buy a new uniform each year?
 

A:
 

We will keep uniforms a minimum of 2 years for cheerleaders. New uniforms were purchased in 2006.

Do you fundraise?

Yes, we have a booster club which is run by the parents. The TCBC (Tops Cheerleading Booster Club) works very hard to put together fundraisers that raise lots of money and are easy to do.
